A local bank referred a dental practice to MWA that had grown frustrated with its previous accountant’s lack of communication and failure to provide additional guidance and strategy on how to expand its dental practices.

The client had been surprised in recent years by large, unexpected tax liabilities that resulted from its previous accountant’s lack of tax planning proactivity. The client also wanted to grow its three dental practices into a true DSO and didn’t feel confident that its former accountant could help it accomplish this goal.
